Nothing says outdoor cooking louder than grilling. Not only can we build in a killer gas grill if that’s what you want, we can get you back to real wood grilling.
A wood grill is the perfect companion to a wood fired oven. You can do small scale grilling right in your oven by simply raking hot coals towards the front. For more room we’ll build you a brick grill where you can shovel the coals from you oven as needed. You can also make you own charcoal in the oven.
